 also, a easy fix for the ID issue: change the reply button ID:
 id="acomment-reply-<?php bp_activity_id() ?>-from-<?php
 bp_activity_comment_id() ?>"
 (uses Boon's patch)
 resulting ID looks like acomment-reply-23-from-32
 not a super sleek change but makes sense and keeps ID's different. A
 better solution would be to adjust the AJAX but this is working.
