 The upgraded 1.2.9 version of BP was installed today with upgrade of WP
 3.2.

 Now, when on the main site (not dashboard), the admin bar is called by php
 wp_footer and appears at the very bottom of the page, unformatted, vs in a
 bar at the top.

 Example at http://findersfree.com/

 This disappears when BP is deactivated or when php wp_footer is removed
 from the template. (But of course, I want to have the admin bar
 available.) It appears correctly in the dashboard at all times.

 This appears in Chrome and FF. Screenshot (Chrome) attached.
