 2789.009.patch IS THE MONEY TICKET

 I tested with BP 1.2.x-1.3 upgrades, fresh installs, and 1.3-1.3.x
 upgrades (by bumping the DB version). Everything looks super duper.

 Please test so I can get this committed and move on with my life :)
