 Problem only occurs with IE7/6; IE8/9 are exempt.

 It'd actually be better to rewrite the entire CSS for #whats-new-form.

 When I had to use BP Template Pack and the styles from bp-default on
 Twentyten, the textarea positioning didn't gel with the theme (and this is
 with better web browsers, sans-IE).

 I'd consider changing this to "wontfix".
