 You don't. It doesn't make that much sense in wp because most consumers of
 content are not logged in users. I was just making a comment regarding the
 feasibility of allowing per-user language settings a BP-only feature.

 I don't think it would be too hard to do as a plugin, so maybe we can
 leave it at that.
