 Confirmed.

 3868.01.patch is my suggested fix. It changes the height declaration to a
 min-height, which solves the key problem here. That caused some other
 issues - in particular, it became impossible to distinguish a multi-line
 menu item from the next item - so I fudged the padding and line-height a
 bit. Can I get a second (and third and fourth) set of eyes/browsers on it?
