 Just thought would update this ticket to keep everyone in loop.

 Current Status:
 - Design was finished today from now on it's just tweaks and fixes to any
 padding, margins or things broken.
 - Ready for testing and code refinement

 Outstanding Todos:
 - Show / hide comments @hnla is on case :)
 - User backgrounds, link colour @DJPaul is on case :)
