 Since the admin menus are getting switched around and placed under
 appropriate WordPress headings, should 'members' be changed to 'users'
 throughout BuddyPress?

 I assume there won't be a separate menu for members when WordPress
 describes subscribers as users. Might be a bit confusing having two
 separate places for members/users.
