 bp_get_group_join_button uses  bp_group_is_user_banned but does not passes
 the group as arguement to  bp_group_is_user_banned.
 It will work perfectly within the group loop but outsite the group loop
 the function bp_get_group_join_button will not work as expected.
 here is a patch attached to fix.
