 When you have

 {{{
 define('BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG', true );
 }}}

 then

 {{{
 define ( 'BP_ROOT_BLOG', 2 );
 }}

 is ignored. With BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG every blog is the root blog.
