 For example, if you create a group topic, it shows up on the activity
 stream and then someone comments on that stream update you'll get an email
 saying that so-and-so commented on your update, but when you click on the
 link, it takes you to view the topic you created and not the stream update
 where the comments have been taking place. Extremely annoying as you then
 have to hop on the Activity Stream page and find where the hell the
 comment came from lol.
