 Following on from ticket #2228.
 It appears at the moment that if a blog owner deletes a post or comment
 from their blog a link to this (now non-existent) post or comment remains
 in the Buddypress Activity Stream. Likewise at the moment the Super Admin
 appears to be able to delete entries to the Activity Stream and there is
 no corresponding deletion in the relevant blog. The latter (i think) is
 satisfactory  but it might be worth considering whether the former could
 be synchronised - i.e if a blog owner or a super-admin deletes a blog post
 or a comment in a blog  the corresponding link in the Buddypress  Activity
 Stream is also deleted.
