 when you deactivate a plugin the page is still there and it has an error:

 '''Some of your WordPress pages are linked to BuddyPress Components that
 are disabled: Achievements. [Repair]'''

 When you click repair it does nothing but creates that weirdo loop. This
 happened with Achievements and a few of my other plugins.
