 I am running the latest version of Wordpress and Buddypress. Ive installed
 all 3 patches (2194, 2194.001, 294.002)

 However, the latests patch mentions changes "bp-activity/bp-activity-
 template.php". I do not have this file, I only have bp-activity-
 templatetags.php.

 It still doesn't work for me?

 What to do now? Is there a link to all changed files which I can upload
 (without having to change each file manually)?
