 The URLs in the bp-loader.php, as used on the plugins.php on a site, are
 out of date. Patch attached updates.

 I've amended the Plugin URI entirely as when someone has already installed
 BP and clicks on the Plugin Page link from their plugin page, they don't
 need to see the download page.
