 The 'groups_created_group' action fires twice during group creation on
 completion of the "details" and "settings" screens. The patch attached
 leaves the current action intact, but adds new actions to allow plugin
 authors to hook into group creation, without having that action fire
 twice.

 Please would this be considered for 1.2.6 as it's a small addition.
