Changes (by DJPaul):

  * status:  new => closed
  * resolution:  => invalid


Comment:

 In the case of nested activity stream comments, item_id points to the root
 item. secondary_item_id points to the item's parent (which could either be
 the root item, or the item which you have replied to). Let me know if you
 think I've got this wrong or if you've found a component which doesn't
 work like this. I tested this with basic activity stream comments/updates.
