 While the current, proposed solution is a simple code addition, I'm not a
 fan of it as it doesn't follow BP's own code conventions.

 I'm about to attach a patch, but was wondering if a user should be able to
 add topic tags from the edit forum post screen as well (apart from the
 edit topic screen).
