 By 'feed' I assume we mean RSS feed, right?

 For the moment, you can use http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-lotsa-
 feeds/ for this purpose.

 The generation of RSS feeds in BuddyPress needs some serious TLC. I'm not
 sure if there will be time between now and 1.3 to make this happen. For
 the moment I'll leave the milestone of 1.3 and hope that I (or someone
 else) find the time to regularize feed creation a bit more by the time 1.3
 is ready.
