 When I upgraded from BP 1.2.5 to 1.2.6, the BP General Settings were set
 back to the defaults.  More specifically, I had "Disable global forum
 directory?" and "Disable activity stream commenting on blog and forum
 posts?" set to Yes and after upgrade they were set to No.

 I tried this on my 3 installs of BuddyPress and it happened for all three.
 Granted all 3 are almost identical installs.  I didn't have a generic
 install of BP 1.2.5 to try this out on.
