 Thanks for the feedback Ron.

 Loading of ms.php/mu.php happens after a bp_core_is_multisite() check (the
 bp_core_delete account() function already checked it before) and I'm using
 $wp_version to check which file to load. I did away with the file_exists()
 calls because they were unnecessary once we check for the version.
