 In WP 3, when MS is enabled after the initial BuddyPress install
 (bp_blog_install), bp_blogs_record_existing_blogs() is never called.

 I can't see any actions called by WordPress after it installs the MS DB
 schema, etc, which would have been the perfect place to hook this into.
