 Dwenaus, I have seen your plugin and it's very good, but it still sending
 lots of emails everytime, the idea is to send only one email with all the
 notifications inside.

 I'm having a look to make the plugin ;). Andy, there is a function to
 disable all notifications?, cause if the user enables the digest email,
 the plugin will have to disable all notifications.
