 It doesn't bump the activity in the same way a blog comment doesn't bump
 the post. It's in chronological order. Comments will show on a user
 profile, or you can add the discussion to your favorites. You can add
 comments into the stream by adding a "display_comments=stream" to the
 activity loop template tag.
