 I just found the solution to the problem. It has something to do with the
 new theme changes. The fix is fairly easy:

 replace bp-group-forum-subscription.php line 492 with:

 {{{
 bp_core_load_template( apply_filters( 'bp_core_template_plugin',
 'members/single/plugins' ) );
 }}}
