 Don't we need to set the real url in the members tabs (if ajax/js is
 disabled), like
 http://localhost.localdomain/kinetest/wordpress-mu/members
 instead of
 http://localhost.localdomain/kinetest/wordpress-mu

 for the "All Members" tab ?
