 It's not incorrectly scaled up. This is likely done for layout purposes.
 You are, however, allowed to change this behavior using the
 'bp_activity_thumbnail_content_images' filter located in the the
 bp_activity_thumbnail_content_images() function of bp-activity.php. Close
 as invalid/wontfix?
