 on "Send Private Message" to a friend, the auto-complete-box is only
 showing a drop-down-field with the name of the friend, when you are
 entering the first two letters of your friends name into the auto-
 complete-box.

 Say you are entering the first 4 letters of your friends name into the
 auto-complete-box, then the friend is not showing up as a drop-down of the
 auto-complete.
