 This issue has already been reported, and is being investigated (#2316).
 If you'd like to add information about your server, plugins, etc, that
 might help track down the problem, you can do that at #2316. If you
 require further assistance, please post to the forums, as Trac is for bug
 reports/feature requests. While this is a bug, the message you've added
 (twice, #2440) is posed more like a support request.
