 there is a duplicate id "groups-all" in the html of the default theme. So
 browsers ignore the second on.
 They occur on:
 bp-themes/bp-default/groups/index.php
 and
 bp-themes/bp-default/members/single/groups.php

 it makes sense to keep the first one (index.php) as this might be used by
 some plugin authors and change the second one (groups.php). IN fact the
 second one should not be called groups-all because it makes no sense.
