 Tried this in 2.9.2 WP (cnorris23 -2203.002.diff).  With Buddypres
 1.2.4.1.
 Double Checked to make sure coded correct.  Ended up stating that new
 private messages were now sent 10 years and 6 months ago.  Changed files
 back and it is back to stating new private messages were sent 5 hours ago.
