 Currently, you can only have one BP social network in a WordPress install.
 WordPress supports multiple networks. BP should do this as well. The
 attached patch will allow multiple BP social networks in the same
 WordPress install by filtering the BP table names.

 With the existing site_option filters in WordPress, this patch will allow
 a plugin to create separate BP networks on a per WP site or network basis.

 The patch is against trunk, so it needs to be tested.
