 Unfortunately, this goes outside the realm of Wordpress and hence,
 BuddyPress.  It has nothing to do with migration since you're telling
 BuddyPress to use an existing bbPress install.

 You'll have to add a custom plugin to standalone bbPress to hide these
 group forum posts in your standalone bbPress install.

 I did a writeup a while back that accomplishes something like this:
