 To recreate: Go to a topic with more than one page (> 15 replies). On
 the last page enter a reply in the "Add a Reply" box at the bottom.
 Click "Post Reply". When the page reloads, the reply is at the top of
 the page instead instead of the bottom (the list of replies is out of
 sequence, see screenshot)

 This bug doesn't last long. If you refresh the page the reply will be
 in the correct spot.
