 i'm running into some irregularity with sitewide posts in activity.
 I've also just duplicated again on testbp.org to inspect.  You'll see that
 I have three blogs registered with recent posts and comments, only one of
 which is appearing in activity.
 http://demiurgic.testbp.org http://david.testbp.org
 http://spades.testbp.org
 local and otherwise, I'm seeing no real pattern of exclusion or inclusion.
 The order in which i register the blogs has no effect and it doesn't seem
 related to upgrade since a fresh install also has no effect.
