 So looks like the activity timestamp is just off and reading UTC instead
 of local time.

 WP settings -> UTC time is 2010-01-26 23:35:37  Local time is 2010-01-26
 17:35:37

 meta_key -> last_activity -> 2010-01-26 23:32:44
