Comment:

 This may be a bug, as on a Multi user Installation, I understand the
 message on the Main site dashboard(where buddypress is activated). Once
 you activate bp compatible theme, it goes away.

 But displaying this nag on the sub blogs is not good. We do not need to
 edit each and every sub blog theme hide this message. And on Mu each and
 every theme which may be used on sublogs does not need to be compatible
 with Buddypress.
