 Steps to reproduce in r2392:
 1) Post new topic in group
 2) Get redirected to /groups/group_name/forum/topic/topic_name/
 2) Click on the group "Home" tab (/groups/group_name/home/)

 First entry (most recent) in forum activity stream will have user name
 linked to /members// (no member name as indicated by grimbog).

 Same if you go to the main activity stream for the entire site.

 Also, it does not appear that the URL gets updated with subsequent posts.
 Each reply to the topic also has no username in the URL in the activity
 streams. Only appears to affect forum posts though - status updates are
 OK.

 Issue observed in both WP Single 2.9.1 and WPMU 2.9.1.
