Comment:

 Neither of the plugins mentioned above have been updated in a while. Given
 the frequent and sometimes drastic changes made to both WordPress and
 BuddyPress alike, plugins are likely to break. More Privacy Options hasn't
 been updated since 2009-08-24, which is WP 2.8 material. Members Only
 hasn't been updated since 2008-10-06, according to it's WP Extend page, is
 only compatible up to 2.6.2. BP 1.2.x currently requires WP 2.9.1.
 Resolving this as 'invalid' as this is an issue with the other plugins,
 not BP.
