 Do your avatars show elsewhere throughout the site? Can you give us more
 info about your setup? Also, if either of you know how to view source,
 could you see if the links are showing up in the HTML. The widget should
 give you a message saying that no one is online if it can't find users to
 show. If you're not seeing this message, then that helps narrow things
 down.
