Comment:

 Confirmed bug. Latest WPMU and BP upgraded.

 Blog tabs with show numbers, e.g. All Blogs (5), My Blogs (1)

 But actual lists will show error message, "Sorry, there were no blogs
 found" and no blog, or sometimes a random number and selection of blog.
 Will not show latest blogs, will not show most recently updated blogs.
