 In the previous default theme we had some featured content which I think
 was nice. I think this is a missing part in the new 1.2 theme.

 Id like to see some of the content being marked as featured automatically
 and some that can be set as featured by the admin.

 Content like:
 - Featured Groups
 - Featured Forum Topics
 - Featured Blogs

 There should be a sets of rules in the system for it to decide when a
 certain content should be featured or not.
 The admin however can pick any content and mark it as featured. (staff-
 picks).

 I think the layout of all featured content should be a bit different from
 the non-featured content. It should be somehow pulled out and presented
 more elegant to attract some extra attention.
