 currently, I need to hit "Refresh Browser" in order to load and see new
 posts within the activity stream.

 Can you make something like the following examples, so that new posts get
 automatically loaded and therefore I do not have to hit "Refresh Browser"
 all the time:

 http://foursquare.com

 http://answers.polldaddy.com
