 After a blog is created. I tried to edit the blog's theme, but came
 across:

 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/public_html/wp-
 admin/wpmu-blogs.php  on line 149

 This only happens when buddypress is active, and when deactivated, the
 blog can be created normally.

 Also, the blog can not be visted as the given message:
 The blog you have requested is not installed properly. Please contact the
 system administrator.
