 The bp-default theme should be in /wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-
 themes/

 Get the latest bp-default theme from RC3 and be sure to include it in the
 above directory and remove the wp-content/themes/bp-default theme.

 Be sure to activate the new bp-default before loading the site.
