#1953: Cannot navigate to main blog?

 When showing activity on the home page, the activity button disappears
 (good) but is not replaced by the blog button in the main navigation
 (bad?). It means that people are not able to browse the blog...

 Not sure if this is a defect or if I'm missing some rationale here, but
 thought the old way was quite clever. Should (could) the alteration of the
 activity/blog buttons be brought back?
