 confirmed in testbp.org a/o 2/13/10 and trunk 2716.

 The # on the far right of of a topic's post listing (see
 http://testbp.org/groups/1-2-theme-test-group/forum/topic/bug) seems to
 have the correct slug but onClick just navigates to the bottom of the list
 and not the post's permalink
