 when I install BP from version 1.2 RC2 on my local machine, the upgrade to
 RC3 was fine. however on my server running the same software (WPMU 2.9.1)
 the RC3 does not register as a plugin. however if I download RC2, it will.
 I've downloaded RC3 a few times and same results.
