 If you do the following:

 1: Make a new status update
 2: Make a comment and then make say 2 reply's to this comment
 3: Make another comment in the "root" of the status update
 4: Now, delete the first comment you made with the nested comments below

 What happens now is that your last root comment jumps to the top just
 below your status update instead of staying at the bottom. Thats bug no. 1

 5: Now if you try to reply to the LAST root comment just after doing step
 4 it does not work. The page just scrolls up a bit every time you click
 "reply". Bug no. 2

 Last but not least, I actually tried deleting the comments in different
 orders and sometimes I ended up with the reply button saying "Reply (-1)".
