 navigation-menu:

 - "Activity" change to "My Activity"
 - "Profile" change to "My Profile"
 - "Blogs" change to "My Blogs"
 - "Messages" change to "My Messages"
 - "Friends" change to "My Friends"
 - "Groups" change to "My Groups"
 - "Settings" change to "My Settings".
